Runway Extension and Associated Works at TIA


The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (the "Employer") Invites Tenders for Runway Extension and Associated Works at TIA. Tenderspedia, a leading business leading Tender Notice Portals is the first agency to report this notification.

Details are given below:
(i) Runway extension on 02 (South) by 300 m comprising earthwork, drainage, pavement and markings; perimeter road and access road; airfield lighting system, security fence, gate and post etc; and (ii) Access Road to ITB Expansion comprising earthwork, drainage, pavement, road lights, security fence and post and landscaping.
(i) International Terminal Building (ITB) Expansion and Reconfiguration comprising expansion of gate lounge, arrival ramp bus station, arrival baggage claim area and reconfiguration of check-in security screening area, airlines check-in, immigration, passenger lounge, customs areas, provision of terminal and other equipment;

(ii) other buildings (Generator House, Substations P1 and P2) comprising construction of new generator house, power supply and 900 KVA generator; expansion of existing substation P1 and, UPS; and construction of new substation P2; and (iii) New Apron expansion at removed Departure Gates comprising removal of existing departure gates and arrival concourse; construction of drainage, concrete pavement for new apron expansion and departure ramp road at interface of ITB expansion
(i) Sewage Treatment System comprising of sewage lines, manholes and septic tank, and turnout of existing sewage lines from ITB to new sewage treatment system; (ii) Water Supply System comprising of new deep tube wells up to 300 m depth, purification system, piping network and power supply; (iii) Incinerator Facilities comprising of Incinerators with roof housing, storage, guard house, pavement, drainage, and landscaping; and (iv) Pump House comprising of new pump house with underground water tanks, internal fire hydrant system and piping work.
A complete set bidding documents may be purchased from March 06, 2017 to April 19, 2017 during office hours. To purchase the Biddingdocuments in English, eligible bidders should: · Write to address above requesting the bidding documents for above contracts. · Pay a non-refundable fee of Nepalese Rupees 22,600/- (Twenty-two thousand six hundred only) for NCB-01 & NCB-02 and Nepalese Rupees 11,300/- (Eleven thousand three hundred only) inclusive of VAT for NCB-03 per bid document of above contracts by a bank transfer or deposit to NABIL Bank Ltd, Beena Marg, Teendhara, Kathmandu, Nepal, Account No. 01010111713001 of Air Transport Capacity Enhancement Project (Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal), or cash during office hours.
